RMA Policy
PRODUCT RETURN: Defective hardware will be replaced. Defective items may be returned for replacement if received within 15 days of applicant's original receipt of the items. All returns must be made with an authorized RMA number which can be obtained by calling our Dallas office. No items returned will be accepted without Dallas office authorization. Non-defective items (determined after extensive testing by TekSphere International Inc. may have a 15% restocking charge which the applicant hereby agrees to pay.
